the breakfast was a disaster every single day, clearing our own table and even searching for cutlery was beyond unacceptable. I also expected a warm welcome gift or maybe an upgrade for the disturbance, but alas, not a chance.

Room cleaning lacking attention to detail!!! Parking garage charge is excessive with no alternatives!!! Dining areas overcrowded during peak times, making it difficult to enjoy meals!!!

The two-bedroom apartment was well equipped, just as described, making our family stay super comfortable! We adored the wellness area with its relaxing pool and spa facilities, creating a perfect retreat after a day out. Those mountain views from our balcony? Our family had an amazing time! The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable for us and our two young kids. We enjoyed the great selection of meals, and the wellness area really helped us relax after an exciting day at the nearby Flaine Ski Resort.
For dads, it would be great if there were more engaging activities for kids.

Perfect family getaway!
We loved our stay! The apartment was super cozy and had everything we needed. The bar was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed some great evenings there. The only bummer was that the dining area felt cramped at times. Still, the mountain views made up for it all! Highly recommend it.
